Position Overview

OCD Clinic are seeking expressions of interest from dedicated and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. The role entails providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to community members seeking mental health support. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a positive and safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients.
• Tailor treatment plans based on established research findings and clinical expertise.
• Ensure equitable access to high-quality care for all individuals.
• Uphold ethical standards and align interventions with organisational values.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and support to maintain clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Position Requirements

• Masters and/or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Health Psychology.
• Eligibility for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar programme.
• Eligibility for Medicare registration.
• High level of verbal and written English communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in MS365.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Well organised and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain clinical KPIs.
