Position Overview
OCD Clinic are seeking expressions of interest from dedicated and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. The role entails providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to community members seeking mental health support. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a positive and safety-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients.
- Tailor treatment plans based on established research findings and clinical expertise.
- Ensure equitable access to high-quality care for all individuals.
- Uphold ethical standards and align interventions with organisational values.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and support to maintain clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.
Position Requirements
- Masters and/or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Health Psychology.
- Eligibility for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar programme.
- Eligibility for Medicare registration.
- High level of verbal and written English communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS365.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Well organised and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain clinical KPIs.
