Jessica is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who holds general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She has recently completed a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology and has experience working with a diverse range of clients in private and public hospitals. She is a genuine and empathetic psychologist who draws upon principles from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help her clients reach their goals. Jessica is currently working therapeutically with adults (18+ years) who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions and she has a particular interest in supporting individuals who have anxiety and cognitive (e.g., memory and concentration) concerns. Jessica also conducts cognitive assessments for a range of purposes including diagnostic clarification for Intellectual Disability, Specific Learning Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for adults and children.
