Meredith is a registered Clinical Psychologist who completed her psychology training at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Meredith has over eight years experience treating people with significant anxiety and mood difficulties, particularly Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and trauma and continues to be actively involved in psychological research. She enjoys educating others on anxiety and mood difficulties and frequently presents to government and non-government organisations on mental health. Meredith has also provided teaching to trainee doctors and psychologists in many areas of mental health. Her research interests are responses to trauma, the interface with nutrition and mental health and best treatment outcomes for people with anxiety difficulties. Her therapeutic approaches are predominantly Cognitive-Behaviour therapy based and include behavioural interventions, Meta-Cognitive therapy, Schema Therapy and transdiagnostic approaches for people with mood difficulties.
