Phoebe is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate study at the University of Canterbury, NZ. She has had over 6 years experience working in a range of settings including Eating Disorders, Community Mental Health, Youth Services, Forensic Mental Health Inpatient, and now, private practice. She has a special interest in generalised anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and psychosis. She works from a number of frameworks including Metacognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment-based Therapy, Cogntive Behavioural Therapy - Enhanced, and Eye-movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing.
