Taylor-Jane is a Clinical Psychologist who is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and Australian Psychological Society. She has worked in various community mental health teams, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has a particular interest in anxiety disorders, and has specialised experience working with women in the perinatal period and adult ADHD. She works from a variety of frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Taylor-Jane completed her undergraduate study at the University of Otago (NZ). She then completed her MSc in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology at the University of Canterbury (NZ). She also led a large research project which investigated risk and protective factors of suicidality and presented on this nationally. Taylor-Jane’s treatment approach is individualised and collaborative, and she looks forward to working alongside you.
