About

Connor is a Clinical Psychology Registrar and Member of the Australian Psychological Society, with a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of the Sunshine Coast.

Connor takes a client-centred approach to therapy, emphasising warmth and non-judgement in the therapeutic relationship. He works predominantly from cognitive-behavioural (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapeutic (ACT) frameworks and is guided by principles of compassion, safety, and unconditional positive regard.

He works with clients across the lifespan, from primary-school aged children to older adults.

Connor has worked across multiple public and private settings including primary schools, university psychology clinics, public mental health and community services, and private mental health hospitals.

He also has experience working with adolescents engaging in self-harm and individuals in palliative care. His flexible approach incorporates humour, creativity, and play into his work and above all he strives to make his clients feel heard and valued.

In his spare time, Connor can be found spending time in nature, watching horror movies, reading, or stargazing.
