Phoebe is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years’ experience in both public and private settings. She is passionate about providing evidence-based interventions to individuals and family members affected by psychological difficulties. She brings an empathic, compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy sessions.

Phoebe’s primary areas of interest include Anxiety and Mood Disorders such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Health Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression as well as Eating Disorders.

She enjoys providing therapy on an individual basis alongside group therapy sessions and has experience working with individuals across the lifespan.

In her practice, she draws upon a range of therapy modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment based Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Schema Therapy.
