Sally Youdale

Clinical Psychologist
About

Sally is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the Australian Catholic University. She has gained clinical experience working across a broad range of settings, including private practice, school, community mental health, and inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. She is trained in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Sally endeavours to support her clients by building a collaborative and transparent therapeutic alliance. A collaborative relationship promotes a warm, empowering and supportive environment, where Sally and her clients can work together to develop individualised goals and targeted interventions. Such collaboration allows clients to safely share their difficulties, and clinicians to offer practical, evidence-based strategies and techniques to alleviate these difficulties. Sally is particularly passionate about working with adults with anxiety and OCD.
