I am a clinical psychologist who is trained and experienced in treating various mental health concerns and disorders. I am fully registered psychologist with specialised endorsement as a clinical psychologist; a member of the Psychology Board of Australia and accredited as a board approved STAP supervisor (Clinical Psychology). I have over 10 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. We are all human beings and capable for feeling the same emotions. But we all have experiences and emotional responses unique to us. I tailor each process according to your needs and work collaboratively with what is most meaningful to you. I may or may not be able to change your situation, I can’t promise that but together we can work towards improving the quality of your life! What to Expect On the first session, together we will explore your concerns and create goals. In subsequent sessions, we will explore different techniques and new ways of seeing and doing things, so that the concerns are soon easily managed or resolved completely. We will meet once a fortnight or at a different pace, depending upon the concerns and goals you have, and during the time, you will have ‘homework’ – meaning, you will be trying out the techniques learned during the session so eventually you can feel empowered! This process is flexible and designed for you to achieve your goals and live the life that you want, while building the foundations for lasting improvements. In my spare, I like to spend time with my family and enjoy music, baking and travel.
