About

Zoe is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She completed her Master Degree (Distinction) in Clinical Psychology at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. She has over 10 years experience spanning both inpatient and outpatient settings specialising with complex adolescent presentations. She believes in the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance being the foundation to change. She is trained in a number of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Radical Exposure Tapping (RET) Level II (Advanced Practice). She is happy to work alongside clients to find what works best for them within best practice guidelines. She looks forward to supporting you towards living the life you want.
