Sara is a registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for your personal journey. Sara’s approach to therapy is to provide a space where you can gain self-awareness and become empowered to make meaningful change, whatever that might mean to you. Most importantly, she is committed to ensuring that you feel heard and understood without judgment.

Sara utilises a range of evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices. She has experience in working with clients across the lifespan and has worked in a variety of mental health settings including in public and private hospital systems, community organisations and private practice.

Sara has a special interest in working with adults in treating anxiety disorders, mood-related disorders, attachment & relationship problems, and individuals impacted by life transitions, trauma, and domestic violence.
