About
Chelsea is a fully registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar completing a combined Master’s and PhD in Clinical Psychology at Griffith University. Chelsea has gained clinical experience with individuals of all ages across a broad range of settings, including private practice, community mental health, outpatient hospital settings, and acute inpatient facilities. Chelsea is trained in a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy (ST).
Chelsea’s approach to therapy is warm, non-judgemental, client-centred, and empowering. Within the safe therapeutic space, Chelsea works with her clients to develop a deep understanding of their problems, develop individualised and meaningful goals, and implement evidence-based targeted interventions.
