About

Chelsea is a fully registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar completing a combined Master’s and PhD on Clinical Psychology at Griffith University. She has gained clinical experience with individuals of all ages across a broad range of settings including private practice, community mental health, outpatient hospital settings, and acute inpatient facilities. Chelsea is trained in a variety of treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Chelsea’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, non-judgemental, and empowering. Within the safe therapeutic space, she works with her clients to develop a deep understanding of their problems, develop individualised goals, and implement targeted interventions.
